Lamps
We make the lamps in The Netherlands, in our modest office.
We can design any animal. So far, we have made lamps of dogs, cats, birds, horses, micro pigs, hedgehogs, and more! Our designers are incredibly talented and can create a design based on any photo.
We recommend keeping the engraving as short as possible. The maximum number of characters is 20 to ensure it fits on the lamp.
Absolutely! We will contact you if an emoji is not engraveable. In that case, we will look for an alternative together.
We recommend a maximum of 5 people/pets. For more than 5 people, we will need to see if it will fit and if the design can contain enough detail in that case.
You can choose on the product page if you want the background to be included. So you can choose a design with or without background!
Our designers make the design digitally by hand. The photo is used as reference.
Absolutely! We will send a preview of the design via mail. You can then approve it or request as many revisions as you like until you are satisfied.
That is definitely possible. We can add things or remove elements. We can also combine multiple photos into one design. In that case, please add a note to your order and describe your idea as detailed as possible.
That’s possible, but If you would like to use a new photo, we will have to charge a €7,49 fee to cover part of the new design cost.
When you requested a revision, we will immediately get to work to create a new version. If we need more information about your revision, we will contact you.
In the case of a new photo and design, we will get to work as soon as the additional design fee is paid.
Note: in both cases, we may need more information about your revision or additional design. If we do not receive a response after 2 follow-ups, we will consider the most recent design as approved. We will then produce and ship this design.

We ship our lamps to customers in over 200 countries and regions.

We currently only offer standard shipping. For urgent orders, we may be able to arrange expedited delivery. Please contact us to check the possibilities.
You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Use that number to track your package on our Order Tracking page.
It may take up to 2 days for the tracking number to be activated and registered. After that, up-to-date shipping information will be visible.
We have specially designed boxes to protect your lamp during shipping. The box is filled with shock-absorbing material to keep the lamp safely in the middle.
All of our packages are suitable for giving as a gift right away. The exterior is beautifully decorated and there will be no invoice in the box.
Returns
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange lamps because all of our lamps are personalized.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order.
Our designers will begin designing the lamp within 1 business day. We will have to charge a cancellation fee of €9,99 once the process has started.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received a broken or incorrect lamp.
Include a photo and describe the problem so that we can help as efficiently as possible. We will send a new lamp or issue a refund if applicable.
