After you’ve placed your order, we’ll check your photo and begin with the custom artwork creation process.
You’ll receive your artwork within 1-2 working days via mail (during busy gifting periods this may increase slightly). You can then approve it, or request unlimited free revisions until you’re satisfied!
Note: Understandably, requesting multiple revisions or submitting new photos will lengthen the artwork creation process.
1. Framing
Square photos will work the best. Horizontally or vertically oriented photos will work better with a Lampiece Frame.
2. Lighting
Make sure the photo is well-lit so that facial expressions are clearly visible.
3. Sharpness
Only upload photos that are in focus and where all details are crisp.
4. Multiple People
For the best result with the most detail, we recommend photos with a maximum number of 5 people.

We’ll start crafting your lamp once the artwork is approved. This process takes about 1 to 3 working days (during busy gifting periods this may increase slightly).
Your lamp will then be shipped. It takes about 4 to 8 days to be delivered to most countries. All packages can be tracked.

Q: Can you design pets, objects and other things?
A: Absolutely! We can make designs based on almost everything. We can even make designs based on your drawings!
Q: Can I review the design before it gets shipped?
A: Yes! You can review the design and request as many revisions as you want. That way you'll be sure to receive the lamp of your dreams!
Q: Can there be more than 5 people in the picture?
A: It's possible but not recommended. The design has a maximum size so if there are more people in the picture, the design will be less detailed.
